Call statistics for the Federation that are fairly impressive. Here's what we have for you:

1. Total Calls to the Centralized System: We've been keeping track of the total calls made to CVM numbers on the centralized system since August 2006. Included are calls by clients to check their messages or enroll, calls by case managers to reset boxes, calls to hotlines/surveys, and calls by outsiders actually trying to contact our clients. Unfortunately, we only have these particular stats on a system-wide basis. Here are the main stats:
• Sometime this month (in the next few days, in fact), we will receive our 15 millionth call. As of February 16, we were at 14,987,463. We can't pinpoint who will make it or what it will be about, but that's a big number worth talking about.
• During January (latest month with data), we received 439,857 calls through the centralized system. That's 14,189 calls per day.
• During the past 12 months, we have averaged 477,501 calls per month

2. Messages Left and Client Logins: There is a report that allows us to track the number of messages left for clients and the number of times clients logged in to check their voice mail, and this is available on a site-by-site basis. The aggregate numbers for the federation sites on the centralized system are below, for the month of January. Attached is a spreadsheet showing this data for each site last month (except San Antonio; something was wrong with the data for January, but it will be fixed for February). Big numbers:
• Total messages left for clients in January: 95,101 (3,065/day). NOTE: this does *not* include broadcast voice messages, so these can be added.
• Total times clients checked their voice mail (logins): 169,083 (5,454/day)
